May 27th 2010 - Libby Rule
Libby Rule is an animator/illustrator from the Midwest. She graduated with a degree in animation from Missouri State University. She was previously an intern for Cartoon Network, and has done work for the Kansas City Chiefs. She is currently sheltering in place—watching birds, eating cake, and watching crappy television with her sister.
